At ATI Insulation we continue to make Health, and Safety our highest priority. Given the work that we do is not without Risk, we are committed to an Incident and Accident free workplace.

Our Safety Program is composed of multiple components: Management Commitment, Training, Audits/Inspections and Independent Compliance Verification.

• Management Commitment:
  For a Health and Safety program to be successful, all levels of management must maintain the desire of a Safe work environment as a Core Value. At ATI Insulation, all levels of management from the Company Owners to Field Supervisors are committed to the Health and Safety of our Operator Partners, Coworkers, Subcontractors and other Onsite Trade Contractors . Our in house Safety Manager carries many Safety Certification including Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer and PEC Premier SafeLand/SafeGulf Basic Instructor.

• Training:
  ATI Insulation maintains a rigorous training program for all employees. From an immersion level program for new hires, compulsory retraining for long term employees and weekly focus topic training, our Safety Program maintains and updates the skill and knowledge needed to Work Safe. We maintain current OSHA training and CPR/First Aid/AED Certifications on every crew.

• Audits/Inspections:
  In order for our Safety Program to be successful we audit and inspect our jobs and facilities to measure the effectiveness of our program. This allows us to spotlight unsafe practices and conditions that may have been missed. ATI Insulation can then modify work assignments and retrain employees. This training-verification-retraining loop helps lead our company on continual self improvement. At ATI Insulation we understand the demanding work environment that our Operator Partners must manage. ATI Insulation crews also perform daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA) reviews. This identifies potential hazards and identifies Preventative Measures/Best Practices to minimize risk. In addition to Operator required Permit work, ATI Insulation also has an internal Confined Space/Hot Work Permit Program.

• Independent Verification:
  ATI Insulation is enrolled and verified by ISNetworld and Pec Premiere. We are also an active member of DISA.
